The Hebrew word for falling in love is להתאהב - “le-heet-ah-hev”. The literal meaning of that word is “to fall in love with oneself.” Therefore, if you say “to fall in love with her” in Hebrew - “leheetahev bah” - you are actually saying “to fall in love with myself through her.”
